All of the bridal party flowers I send out have a

All of the bridal party flowers I send out have a water source but they aren’t in vases. I use a bit of wet paper towel wrapped around the stems and cover it with a little baggie and an elastic. This ensures the bouquets have a water source to stay fresh until it’s absolutely time to start taking photos or heading down the aisle. This is key especially in the hot summer months! Plus this way there are no vases to be left behind in hotel rooms or your getting ready location, no water sloshing around getting the ribbon on the stems wet, easy peasy! #weddingflorist #vancouverflorist #bridalpartybouquets

Flowers are a big part of my life and the reason most of you are here but figured I’d share a few highlights from the rest of my life too! We started the year in Mexico celebrating my dad’s birthday, I tried golfing (and liked it), hit the beach, celebrated 1 year of marriage in Tofino, spent time with our favourite people, took an AMAZING trip to New England in the fall and topped it all off celebrating the holiday season with friends and family. Hope you all have some wonderful memories to take from 2024 and here’s to making some new ones in 2025!! 🥂✨💖

Phewf…we’ve made it to the end of another year of flowering. There have been highs and lows…running a small business is tough, guys!! Some of my highlights were participating in Fleurs de Ville getting to do demos and having my little market stall, creating the biggest floral arch I’ve ever done, and working on not one but two 3-day weddings, working with some super fun and bright colour palettes, and of course as always getting to work with lots of great people in the wedding and event industry! This week we’ve got a fun giveaway of some pretty floral note cards cause let’s bring back snail mail, a 8.5”x11” floral print that would look lovely framed on any wall, and some white floral snips. I use these in the studio and love them!
